Meeting someone new can be nerve-wracking.
I’ve thought about this a lot over the years and I’ve found that the best way to keep myself from getting anxious about meeting a new friend for the first time is to have as much information as I can. I’m much less likely to worry when I have all the facts at my disposal beforehand.
So I wanted to extend that to you, as well. So that our ‘getting to know yous‘ can be focused on more important things than dotted I’s and crossed T’s. (This post on my blog has some good advice for dotting those I’s and crossing those T’s, as well)
If we’ve never met before, but you think you’re ready to, here’s a quick rundown of basic manners and expectations (for both of us).
If you’re hesitant about contacting me, here’s a breakdown of what I do to keep our communications just between us (and what you can do to protect yourself).
If you’ve never hired before (I’ve been described as the perfect first time) here’s some stuff that may be on your mind.
If you’re sort of somebody in the world and you’re nervous about contacting me, lemme talk you down.
